Monday – Sunday 11:00 – 20:00

Reservations

You may apply to the hotel or Spa reception.

Cancellations

If the session is cancelled in time less than 24 hours, you will be charged with 50% of session’s cost.
In case you don’t appear at the appointment, you will be fully charged with the total amount of the session.

Hygiene Rules

For hygiene purposes, you are kindly requested to enter the Spa area wearing the special coverlets at your feet. Shower is necessary prior to the use of Spa facilities and sessions.

Clothing

You must always wear a bathing suit, a bathrobe and slippers within the Spa communal areas.

Noise

You are kindly requested to speak lowly and deactivate your mobile phone or set it to the mute mode.

Pool – Sauna – Turkish Bath

You enter the pool, sauna and Turkish bath at your responsibility.

Age limitations

Entrance and use of Spa is allowed to people 16 years old and above.

Medical Record

Medical problems should be mentioned to Spa assistants, in order to avoid any possible complications.

Sessions

Sessions can be proceeded by any available therapist specialised on the chosen treatment.
Spa Manager is the exclusive responsible for the therapists’ group.

Valuables

In case of valuables’ loss, Hotel and Spa have no responsibility.
